1. Cotton collector and pendulum system


Drum type cotton harvester is a device that evenly spreads the fibers produced by a four roller centrifuge on the drum mesh belt through the action of a

blowing system and an exhaust system, forming a cotton felt, and conveying it at a certain angle to the next process.

The pendulum conveyor is used to receive the thin rock wool felt from the cotton collection machine and is transported to the pendulum belt through two

belt conveyors. After the pendulum belt swings back and forth, the rock wool felt is laid into multiple layers of evenly folded cotton felt on the forming

conveyor. Send to the next process through the forming conveyor.

2.Forming and weighing conveyor


The forming belt conveyor is used to receive the initial cotton felt laid by the pendulum and lay it into a set number of layers and

thickness according to the requirements of the production line products. The belt conveyor can adjust the tilt angle.

The weighing belt conveyor is a device that weighs the transmitted rock wool and adjusts the data changes accurately through the central control system, constantly controlling the uniformity of rock wool.

3.Side stop belt conveyor


The side roller blocking mechanism adjusts the excessively wide or irregular stacked cotton felt layers to the required width, while

keeping the cotton layers on both sides neat.

4.Pleating machine


The pleating machine is used to compress and transport the resin felt conveyed by the transition belt conveyor longitudinally

(depending on the product requirements), and the surface of the pleated felt will have certain ripples.

5.Raw cotton press


The raw cotton press is the cotton felt conveyed by the pressure pleating machine, which is pressurized through the upper and lower

conveyor rollers to increase the density of the cotton felt and then transported into the curing furnace for hardening.

6.Two board rock wool curing furnace and combustion chamber


The curing furnace equipment is a device that shapes and solidifies rock wool products. The raw felt after cotton cloth is folded and

pressurized before being transported to the curing furnace. It is pressurized and shaped between the upper and lower chain belts, and the

hot air circulation system evenly blows the hot air into the furnace to solidify the cotton felt.

7.Cooling conveyor

The function of the cooling conveyor is to forcibly cool the high-temperature cotton board from the curing furnace, in order to reach

the environmental temperature for the subsequent production process.

8. 6-head longitudinal conveyor

The longitudinal cutting conveyor is a machine used on the rock wool production line to automatically cut the rock wool board in the downstream (longitudinal) direction, dividing one board into two or three boards according to the width requirements.

A stripper is a device that cuts rock wool boards into strips, which can be customized according to customer requirements.
